About Me
- Angela Hardy

- I'm a Canadian who loves to paint. It's what I've always done as a hobby and a living. This blog is about doing more of that every day! Lucky for me I also have a very talented artist for a husband who encourages me! My subjects may vary and also the style from time to time, but that's what it's all about, a chance to develop and play. My background varies from being a decorative artist, a portrait, landscape and still life painter and a painting instructor among other things. I'm a newfie and grew up in the small northern town of Wabush,Labrador (very cold and beautiful)! I love how I see the world... hope you enjoy it also! I have a BFA in Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD), in Halifax, NS. All Paintings are available unless marked as sold and can be purchased in Canadian funds through Paypal, but will be shipped from Chicago (the beautiful Windy City) where I now live. I can ship to any where in North America.I also do portrait commissions , redo's of some of my older pieces and do commissions based on the clients interests (ie: a photo or subject matter they which to have turned into a painting).
