The title..... I couldn't help myself!! I LOVE Mrs.Slocombe on "Are You Being Served" and her devotion to her 'cat'! The image is from a photo of my own cat, Sheba who never answers to her own name ... only to puss!! The painting is done on a canvas primed with copper paint which shows through the paint beautifully.
